He is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and a professional engineer. His engineering degree provides him with an expertise not often found in the residential building industry. Rosewood builds seven to ten luxury custom homes per year. “We build homes for our clients as I would want a home built for me,” Terry says. “We build high quality homes that are beautiful, functional and engineered to optimize value.
